Users can review multiple property matches, select the correct one, and auto-save it to the Lead record. Based on the lead type (Buyer, Seller, or Investor), Realty Pro assigns the correct Contact record type and initiates a guided sales process using custom objects like Property Disposition, Transaction, and Agreement.
